Brooklyn Market Celebrates Newest Location In Westchester

Brooklyn Market opened a new store in Westchester last week.

Its location is at 83 Stanley Ave. in Dobbs Ferry.

Key Food executives including Chief Executive Officer Dean Janeway, Chief Operating Officer George Knobloch, Chief Financial Officer Sharon Konzelman, Chief Information Officer Joseph Schleupner, and Vice President of Business Development John Durante will all be in attendance.

The grand opening celebration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“We’re thrilled for Brooklyn Market to expand our family of supermarkets and service the Dobbs Ferry community,” says Vice President of Business Development John Durante.

“Storeowner Mahmoud Elayyan has worked so hard to create a gourmet grocery store that is sure to exceed shoppers’ expectations.”

At 18,000 square feet, this new Brooklyn Market will have offer customer a large selection of groceries, the majority of which includes organic items. The store boasts a very large meat department with a variety of organic and grass-fed options.

The dairy department features high-end items, including organic eggs and glass bottle milk. The cheese department strives to provide customers with options from all of their favorite brands from countries all over the world.

The deli department has a large prepared foods section and catering options. Customers can enjoy fresh pizza prepared in the store’s pizzeria, as well as bread baked at and delivered daily from their Brooklyn location.

The store’s large beer selection offers a variety of craft beers for customers to choose from.

“I’m so excited to be a part of the Dobbs Ferry community,” says storeowner Mahmoud Elayyan. “Our goal is to provide our customers with an upscale grocery shopping experience complete with the highest quality of products.”
